Once the orders are downloaded into the FairScan application, there are numerous reports that are available. These reports have been developed to give the user detailed, accurate, live information during a Trade Show. These reports can also be useful for a Sales Rep who is running a copy of the application.
Currently the following reports are available:
Total Sales - gives a total of all sales during any given period
Quantity Ordered - view any product and see how many of that item has been sold during the fair or out on the road
Least Ordered - this report ranks all of the products from least ordered to most ordered. The user has the option selecting how many they wish to see by entering a number such as top 10, 22 or 30 etc, or they have the option of viewing all of the products.
Most Ordered - opposite to the above report where the user can display the most ordered to the least ordered.
View Sales by Handheld - if the one user uses the same handheld then it is possible to display all of their orders on the application.
